Thanks to a reader comment, we have updated and revised the Massachusetts OUI page. There is a state statute that requires drivers to hand over their license, but the penalty for that is only a $100 fine. We still recommend that you keep your window up and let the officer write you that $100 ticket.
Today we added flyers for two more states: Indiana and Tennessee Indiana is pretty straightforward. Tennessee is one of those states where you may be required to sign a ticket. We recommend using an app to digitally sign. You can use the SignEasy app, but we’re working on a FairDUI app, hopefully coming soon.
We’ve added flyers now for: Massachusetts OUI and for Arizona DUI
Oklahoma City news anchor Amanda Taylor did a story last night about whether the Fair DUI flyer would work in Oklahoma. In that story she quoted Captain Curt McKean: “There are those who are going to test you from time to time,” said Captain Kurt McKean with the Oklahoma Highway Patrol. “Circumventing a checkpoint by […]
We’ve added flyers for four more states: Colorado Connecticut Maryland and Nevada We encourage all interested to discuss the flyer with a local lawyer before using it.
We’ve added flyers for Pennsylvania and West Virginia. The front of the PA flyer is below. Please click the above links to go to each state page and see the new flyers. The good news is: 1. Neither state requires tickets be signed. 2. Both states use clear language indicating you have to display or […]
Now that the media burst is over, we’re back to work. We’ve added two new states and two new videos. First up, above, is the front of the North Carolina flyer. See the whole thing including the pdf of it on our North Carolina DUI page. We also added Virginia which is a tricky state […]
We are starting to revise our website. Listing 50 flyers on one page was not going to make sense, so we’ve now restructured the site to include a state-by-state directory. Click the following link for our State DUI directory. We have flyers for 11 states so far. We hope to get more in soon.
