  2. New Mexico? It’s a small population but we have very high rates of DUIs here and as a result many many checkpoints. I’m tired of it. Are you planning on doing a document for NM soon? Thanks

  5. Valid in Nebraska? I am sober , have been for years but have the past reputation of 2 dui’s ( 30 +) years ago & still get the I detect the odor of booze & or pot run around. Is this generic form legal in Nebraska?

  6. Please let me know if or when you folks are making one for North Dakota. Thing is they don’t even announce exactly where the DUI Checkpoints are going to be located. All they give is the county that will be “Hosting” the DUI and what agencies will be involved. Is that legal?
